SDK Technical Support

SDK Technical support is available via e-mail. Response and follow-up will be within three (3) working days from the time of receipt. Please include your name, company and daytime phone number with all support requests.

Technical Support Accounts

It may take up to 48 hours (2 working days) for Technical Support accounts to be activated. If your account has not been activated within that time, please contact our order processing department.
